I'm going to ask Tristan Clum (Production) and Jim Williams (News) if we can borrow some field recording equipment, meet at the event, record some sound and edit it later. If you'd like to attend, please post reply to this blog. I'll need to know how many will come, to justify checking out equipment.
Just in from Glen Ford of the Brain Injury Association of New Mexico:
Rogi,
Someone from the brain injury community needs to be advocating for awareness of the cross over and miss-diagnosis within the two populations: Brain Injury and Mental Health. Now here is an issue that is huge!! Brain Injury is all about Mental Health (not necessarily "Mental Illness"...) linked directly to Behavioral Health.
Know anyone interested? Might also make for a good story or two.
Glenn
